3. Refunds and Transfers
All purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
For event bookings, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another individual by notifying us at least 48 hours before the event.

4. Event Changes and Cancellation
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to any event’s content, speakers, venue, or timings.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or postpone an event, we will offer you the choice of a transfer to a rescheduled date or an alternative event where available.

5. Photography and Media
By attending any of our events, you consent to being photographed or filmed. We may use these images and recordings for marketing, promotional, and reporting purposes in print and online.
If you do not wish to appear in event media, please let a member of staff know at the start of the event.

6. Liability
We are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage suffered during our events, except where caused by our negligence.
For products and services, our liability is limited to the amount you paid at the time of purchase.

8. Governing Law
