As part of a wider website redevelopment, IAPCO wanted to rethink how they presented their membership. The existing A–Z directory was functional, but limited — it made it hard to find relevant members and didn’t reflect the international scale and reach of their network.

We worked with their team to design a more intuitive, useful tool: an interactive map that makes it easy to explore IAPCO’s accredited PCOs by location. The map pulls live data directly from their CRM, so it's always up to date and requires no manual maintenance.

Instead of scrolling through a long list, users can now see the global network at a glance. They can zoom in on a region, search by country, and visually locate where each accredited PCO is based — making the experience far more immediate and engaging.

It’s a small, smart upgrade that adds value across the board. Members get more visibility. Visitors get a better, more intuitive experience. And IAPCO has a tool that reflects the strength and scale of its global network.
